Where can I find a fan controller that comes with the NZXT H440?

One just like that or just as good. I need one that will handle 4 case fans.

You may want to look into the NZXT Grid+ V2 that will let you indivdually control each fan via their CAM software the one on the H440 is just a splitter that gets directly power from the PSU.

what's the point of a fan controller?
doesn't motherboards analyze and control the fans that are connected to them?
PS:i'm totally a newb when it comes for air cooling so correct me plz

I have the Maximus Viii Hero and I was just wondering how long the fan cables are. I plan on swapping the fans out for NFF14 from Noctua.

If you have the Maximus your best bet is probably to directly use the motherboard and the control software as EvilNeo mentioned since the Asus ones have some of the best built in fan control systems.
