So my power went out while stress testing today. I have no idea what time into the stress test today it was, but I was at school. What are the chances of my motherboard being fried?

It won't damage your hardware, the worst it could do is cause some trouble with your OS, so worst case scenario you reinstall windows.

If you have a good PSU and you motherboard has surge protection and it is enabled then you should be fine and if you it is a high probability that you have some damage to your system which can show up at you boot it or some time later.

A water-cooled mid-tier gaming PC.
