i want to overclock my i5-6600k. my motherboard is a msi z170a pc mate. my question is how mutch is the diference between the noctua NH-D15 and the CM Hyper 212 Evo?

I assume you are asking about performance and not price. They are both well regarded coolers and will likely perform within a few degrees of one another with the noctua performing better. If the D15 or D15s will work in your machine (Large and won't work in all cases - you can check full technical drawings on the noctua website) you will also get the benefit of the Noctua fans which are best in class for silence and performance (assuming the colors don't make your eyes bleed). 

 

In reality either will work fine so your decision should come down to budget, build, and looks.
