A mini-itx build:

1x AMD 7850K

1x Lian Li PC20Q case (7.18 Liters)

1x 2x8GB 2133 cas10 memory

1x Mini-itx motherboard (i picked a Gigabyte GA-F2A88XN-WIFI but whatever you prefer)

1x SSD 1TB Mushkin Reactor

1x thin internal DVD player, writer or blueray.

1x Scythe Big Shuriken 2 rev. B

1x 230 Watt or more psu 80+ or better (on my local partpicker, i chose 300Watt psu)

-------- +

+/- $460,--

Notes: Memory is 16GB@2133mhz, it is the point of diminishing returns for this cpu (source). Mushkin Reactor is fine when you want ssd storage to be cheap. Outervision says this will need a 223 Watt psu (source).
