what average OC 4790k Liquid vs air

Is it worth going to liquid cooling? What kinda numbers do you guys have or see?

The numbers you will see will entirely depending on the silicone quality you managed to get, which is completely random. 

 

Water cooling won't do a great difference if any when compared to top end air coolers by the way.

How much of your 4.9 OC do you use in real world usage? What type of real usage is going to demand over the 4.4 turbo boost?
