Recommended Parts List For PC Build

I want to build a new PC and need help with the parts list.

My Budget: $1000 USD

I'll be using the PC mainly for gaming but will do light video editing work on it. The type of games I'll need it to run will be the current AAA titles like COD, Far Cry Primal, BF4, etc. My Monitor is an LG Ultrawide at 2560x1080 and I don't really plan on buying a new monitor anytime soon so I'll be playing on 1080p resolution.

The only parts I plan on using from my current PC are my SSD and HDD so I won't be needing any storage devices on the list. So I will need everything else; New case and everything, and don't need peripherals.

I'm upgrading because my current PC is old and can no longer run the games that I play and want to play very well and get very low FPS even running on medium and low settings.

Thanks for your help.

Went for a i7 6700K with hyperthreading and 16GB of DDR4 RAM to help with your video editing applications. If you have any DDR3 RAM lying around, I'd go for a i7 4790K instead.

Just under the $1000 mark. This is a Mini-ITX build, but if you want you can opt for bigger parts.

Built-in WiFi included as well.

The problem is that this is an nVidia product and scoring any nVidia product a "zero" is also highly predictive of the number of nVidia products the reviewer will receive for review in the future.

Only yours, you don't shitpost on the same level that we can, mainly because this thread is finally dead and should be locked.

I wasn't wrong. It's extremely rare that I am. I provided sources as well. Different devs can disagree. Further, we now have confirmed discrepancy from Twitter about he use of the pre-release 1080 driver in AMD's demo despite the release 1080 driver having been out a week prior.

You apparently haven't seen his responses to questions on YouTube. He is very condescending and aggressive in his comments with which there is little justification. He acts totally different in his videos. I don't necessarily care for this content style and there is nothing really unique about him or his channel. His endless dick jokes and toilet humor are annoying as well.
