Does anyone know if I can fit a ppc fan on the U14s or got to stick with the a15.

You can use any fan you like so long as it meets these specs:

 

140x150x25 (with 120mm mounting holes), 140x140x25 (with 120mm mounting holes), 120x120x25

You would be stuck with a 120mm fan but it should work.

OK so 120mm will work thanks. But 140mm can that work?

140mm is what the U14S is really made for.

As long as the 140mm fan has 120mm mounting holes then yeah. So its either 120mm, or what comes with the cooler.

Yes but only if the 140mm fan has 120mm mounting holes!

No. It would need 120mm mounting holes iirc.

Yeah, you want the A15 rather than the A14.
