660ti or 760?

I am thinking about getting one of these because i do not have enough money for the others which one would run better on a set up with 2 monitors one is 24" one is 19 for a alt when i stream. just looking for an opinion on which one will be better. if you are wondering i am upgrading from a 550ti. thank you fro the help

I would get a 7950, it's probably the best value for money graphics card you can buy. With that said this is a terrible time to buy a graphics card as AMDs new cards are just around the corner.

Bacically they are same card, but 760 have included h.264 encoder.

760 is the direct replacement to the 660/660 ti get the 760 I doubt the new AMD cards will have a card at that price right away.

Sorry, what? Your link redirects me to NCIX home page. The only difference is stock coolers, unless they implement different VRM design on the PCB. 275$ for a 7970 is dirt cheap.

They are going to be announced this month, so probably next month or so.

They are all on great deals. The 7970 has dropped in price $250 since it's launch plus comes with 3 free games.

I've said this countless times before, but the 7950 is a worse value card compared to the 760. First of all, prices vary in different countries, but almost everywhere in the EU the 7950 is a more expensive card. Two, a 7950 performs worse than a GTX 760 unless on a very decent overclock. Which is easier to obtain than with a GTX760 with that said. And third of all, the only reason why the 7950 would ever be a better value than the GTX760 would be because of the Never Settle Bundle. And to my knowledge this bundle is not automatically included with an ATI card. You can actually find out in which countries their card ships with the game bundles on the ATI website.

See my comments above. Not a chance you will find a brandnew 7970 under 280 euros shipped and delivered in the EU. Same goes for the gaming bundle. If it does, you're either getting an incredible deal or you're lucky with such cheap stores in your country.

Not everywhere is EU right. Sorry for your luck on the terrible pricing there. That said I believe the GTX 760 to be the only good value for money card that nvidia has to offer but I still consider the HD 7950 to be a better deal cause it has similar performance for a bit less money and more free games.

It won't drop anymore in price. The HD 7970 is already dropped $250 from it's launch price. As compared to GTX 680 that has only dropped a messily $70 since it's launch. If anything you might see the GTX 680 drop in price a little bit but defiantly not any of the AMD cards from the 7xxx series as they are at a record low in price already.
