GTA V Crashes after loading screen. -Solved

This is annoying but not major, I can live without GTA V but it would be nice to be able play it again.
So the game crashes after loading screen, like right after when it should take me in to the game.

I tried to run it with safe mode, same issue, I tried to remove the 2 files from GTA V User Files, same issue.

I even reinstalled the game which pissed me off even more to download 50+ GBs for nothing.
