iPhone 5 Help

I have recently received an iPhone 5 as a gift. My dad took it and put a bunch of restrictions on it. Mainly disabling Safari and the App Store. I want some apps, and he never opens it to let me download anything. So is there anything I can do, other than completely resetting the phone, to gain access to the App Store or a way to just get apps?

Okay, first question, how old are you? Restricting the app store and even safari is ridiculous even when there are individual parental controls within safari (and maybe the appstore, im not sure. I stopped using an iphone in 2012). 

 

I would imagine the only way to unlock these things would be to reset it, but do you have the administrator password to the phone? If not, you're screwed.

I'm 15 years old. But my dad has an issue with me watching porn and stuff...

It is my very own iCloud account, but it is on his phone, just for calendars, reminders, and emails...
