I have found a few laptops with better cpu's than my t420s

HP EliteBook Folio 1040 G2 i7 8gb

Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 460 20EM i7 8gb

Lenovo ThinkPad P40

Lenovo ThinkPad T460p

Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon 3. Gen i7 8gb

Surface pro 4 i5 8gb

My use case 3D models, word, web and mathcad. If I get one with touch I will use it for drawing ideas.

Which laptop or 2 in 1 would you pick and why?

Feel free to leave a suggestion but it has to be something that has the same raw cpu power or more as the ones in my first post and 12-14inch.

Always been a fan of the X1 Carbon. Performance was key for me when I was running Virtual Machines and always on the go. Mobility was a top priority for me and by far a good ultrabook. Only catch was my work paid for it so it didnt come out of my pocket.

Well the good thing with that one is that it is a demo and is much cheaper, the demo cost 1650$ with qhd and i7 and the normal price are almost 2700$ in Denmark.

Are you saying that you can get a i7 for 1650 krone ?

LOL. The only thing with all these laptops are that they cost a lot, but they are the only 12-14 inch ones that has a cpu in them that can beat my t420s i7 2640m. I would love to find a 1000-1200$ that can beat my laptop.
