Wait for Pascal. Avoid the issues associated with SLI with a stronger single GPU.

Do you already have an SLI board?  If not, don't waste money.

If you do, you can probably pick up a 2nd 960 pretty cheap when they start clearing them out.

960 in SLI can look a 980 eye to eye and still be cheaper.
