smallest mATX miniTower?

I'm looking for a case designed like Silverstone SG13 that takes mATX?


I mean cases that with all the hardware inside have no more space inside and like SG13 have PSU on top of CPU with space for All-in-One Water Cooling.

I don't get it why there is such an awesome BareBones case like SG13 for mini-ITX and there is no spin off to accomodate micro ATX mobos, except ones like SG12 that have to be bigger to have space for DVD drive...
