malwarebytes seems to be deently reliable with cleaning those up.

just installed it as stupid McAfee wasn't blocking anything

best thing to do is try a recovery from a back up. This might erase files up to from that point forth so back up what you can. If this doesn't work the next best thing is a re-image. This is the best practice for this type of maleware
