I have a very simple question. I want to chose between 2 different mobile phones. without specifying what are they.

I just want to say one has 1GB ram but with a 4000mAh battery, other one has 2GB ram with 2200mAh battery with higher performance (yet not so significant for my use)

so I only use it lightly for facebook and youtube and watching videos and usual calls, and I don't use mobile network (3G or 4G) only on wifi when I need to and I turn it off after.

so would the 1 GB ram one be slow and cause trouble ? or will the 2200 mAh battery hold me back and I have to charge it alot.

Also I should note the 2GB/2200mAh one is more expensive. so is it worth it ?

1GB 4000mAh  VS  2GB 2200mAh ??

I would check user reviews for each to see what they are doing. It could depend a lot especially if they are Android, on how heavy the preinstalled bloatware is on the systems. I know my iphone with 1gb of Ram easily cruises through everything you mentioned, but some android phones with 1gb of ram have are much slower due to poor ram management and backround mutlitasking management. (Plus preinstalled bloatware.)

I like good humans and good food

is there a way to remove those bloatwares ? and I would like to add I now have a samsung S3 mini and the 1900 mAh battery is killing me and it getting worse as it turn off while using it at 20% battery without even vibrating. and not loudspeaker dont work but didnt really find it "slow" other than the fact its software is kinda bad and android version is 4.1.2 jellybean (if the newer kitkat is faster)

I would check reviews of the phones. Also install a custom rom if you decide to go with the 1 gb.

The one with 4000mAh might be passable if you could get a custom ROM on it

So it won't choke on preinstalled bloat

Does either of them have removable battery?

it says its not removable but I think they can but will void warranty. also I am not sure if there is a replacement with higher capacity anyway.

Read reviews. Just because a phone has a higher MAH battery, does not mean that it will have better battery life. There are many, many more factors that come into play. For example my Note5 with a 3000mah battery kills it in the battery life department. Other phones with the same size battery, not so much.

Even higher performance chips can have better battery life. Look at the Exynos vs SD820. The Exynos is almost 30% better in terms of battery life on the same device.

Honestly without knowing the models there's little we can do to help you.

By removable he meant you can swap them out in seconds. Not you can pry off the back and replace it with a higher capacity unit.

I didn't say what are they to avoid any biasing in the replys so now I must say what are thay.

so the 4000mAh one is lenovo A5000

and the 2GB ram one is Huawei P8 Lite

and I as I said before I dont really care about cpu performance difference or any 4g or any camera improvements.

eeeeeh, there are other factors which contribute to this question.

Mainly the skin the phone is using. Samsung's touchwiz for example is notorious for terrible skin with terrible RAM management. My S3 Mini with 1GB of ram is pretty much unusable with the stock skin. Got lollipop flashed on it, still slow af, but can get stuff done now.

The SoC involved also matters, if the chip isn't powerful enough to utilize that 1GB of ram it wouldn't matter. Although not sure why you would be buying a phone THAT weak in this day and age.

Since you don't tell us which phone you're getting, I wouldn't know what OS you're using. Android in particular have gotten much better with RAM management over the years. But you'll only benefit from those improvement if you're actually using it...so lollipop, marshmallow, N, and such. I don't know how a phone made today will only have 1GB of ram... So what I'm saying is, go look up reviews of the phone or search around and see if there are custom ROM for it.

Personally I use an S3 Mini with 3500Mah third party battery. Along with a custom skin as previously mentioned. Despite the fact I get 5-6 hours of screen on time, the phone is too slow to do anything. I'd rather be forced to have less battery but more performance.

Go with the Lenovo. It has a shittier SD card slot, but you get almost double the battery life over the P8Lite, and almost 3x the battery life when playing back video.

I am not much of a phone guy so I wont spend much on a phone and utilized every penny spent thats why I want to compare very specific phones (after mentioning them now)

The Lenovo seems usable. So if you need the extra battery life, sure.

Although if you're not much of a phone guy, why would you care? I'm not a phone guy cause my phone sucks so much balls I hate using it. So I barely use 2 hours a day ending the day with 50-60% charge left when I plug it in for bed.

If you're not using the phone often I see no reason to choose the Lenovo over the Huawei considering the Huawie is over twice as powerful on paper. That way when you do use the phone, you're unlikely to slow yourself down.

I have Lenovo P780 which just slightly slower than A5000 and perform pretty good for your kind of usage. Switching and opening apps is pretty slow but the battery life is godlike.

How much is the price for both phones btw?

seeing reviews is confusing because either people with issues are the only ones who appear or only those who upgraded or changed the software.

but after seeing sites that tested battery and proved it lives long I will end up choosing the lenovo.

thanks to all who replied appreciate every comment.

With stock ROM the battery will last pretty long but it will last longer with custom ROM + some personal tweaking imo.

How about Xiaomi RedMi Note 3? 4050mAh battery with pretty good processor.
