Would A CPU Upgrade be beneficial?

I was wondering if a cpu upgrade would be beneficial for me given my specs below? Would I be getting significant performance increase given the overall cost associated with a new cpu? (new processor, motherboard, and ram) 

 

 

  • CPUIntel 2500k 4.4 Ghz
  • MotherboardAsus P8P67 Pro Rev 3.0
  • RAMCorsair Vengence 8GB
  • GPU2x Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 G1 Gaming
  • CaseCooler Master 690 II
  • StorageM5 Crucial 128GB , WD Blue 1 TB, Samsung 850 EVO 1TB
  • PSUCORSAIR HX Series HX750 750W
  • Display(s)ASUS VH236H 23-Inch
  • CoolingCooler Master Hyper 212 Plus

no it's probably not worth it, unless you jump a long way like to a 6700k or better. Upgrading to something like a 4690k won't yield much better performance considering you would have to spend $300 for the new parts
