Would A CPU Upgrade be beneficial?

I was wondering if a cpu upgrade would be beneficial for me given my specs below? Would I be getting significant performance increase given the overall cost associated with a new cpu? (new processor, motherboard, and ram)

no it's probably not worth it, unless you jump a long way like to a 6700k or better. Upgrading to something like a 4690k won't yield much better performance considering you would have to spend $300 for the new parts
