You'd be better off with a Pentium G3258 or an i3 6100 and a dedicated GPU unless you want to play at 30FPS at the lowest settings. I'd recommend the i3 6100 and a GTX 750 Ti or an R7 360- whichever is cheaper at the moment.

 

Although if you're not really going to be using a GPU for much else, grab the Broadwell i5 5675C. It comes with the Iris Pro 6200 iGPU- which is possibly the best iGPU yet (handily beating the A10 7850k and the Skylake HD 530 iGPUs). That would probably run the game at medium settings at 50-60 FPS.
