I was told that the RAM affect AIO coolers or something like that, so what 16GB RAM Kit should I get?I

RAM does not affect AIO coolers. The only issue that RAM could be a problem, would be if you had a large air cooler, where RAM compatibility is limited in terms of stick height.

 

Just choose any DDR4 RAM kit that is from a good brand (Kingston, G.Skill, Corsair and few others) and fits in your budget. Additionally, if interested, you can look at matching color scheme. Latency and frequency differences are negotiable, you will not notice any real difference in terms of performance.

I know what it is, an all in one closed liquid cooling loop, if it's a CPU AIO cooler, you basically take the cooler out of the box, attach it to the CPU and hook up the radiators and fans, and its all good to go.

I just thought that it might affect the RAM if the RAM sticks where too high, (which is false)

 

I asked the question to make sure, because I'm still a newbie to all this computer hardware stuff. No need to be a dick about it.
