6700k OC

I'm absolutely new to Overclocking, and decided to overclock my 6700k. I got following system: http://de.pcpartpicker.com/p/vVvmyc , and as a cooler which is unfortunately not given on partpicker, i got an Alpenföhn Ben Nevis for about 30€. (http://www.alpenfoehn.de/en/cpu-cooler/bennevis) The Thermal Compound is what i'm not sure about, but i heard it is the Alpenföhn Schneekanone (The one that came with the cooler)

I wanted to ask you guys if I can get any Overclock at all, and if i can overclock what i should start with and with which steps i should go further. 

Here's the screenshot of my non overclocked stresstest for - as you can see - 15 minutes. Gettin up to 68°C. I get up to 78° in Prime 95 btw.

68c at stock? that's terrible. i say get a better cooler or dont overclock cause you're already hitting 70c at stock

The VID on his chip is 1.27v, he already may have some headroom without even messing with voltage.

 

 

 

@Terpe try 4.4 Ghz, at like 1.285v.

@Terpe yeah i'd see if he can do that.

Update: OC to 4.4 GHz.

Seems Stable (Aida64 for 23min), and got an overall Performance Boost of about 10%.

The only thing that bothers me is, that the cooler is barely warmer than ambient (35°C Cooler; 22°C ambient), while the cpu is hitting up to 75°C.

Is this normal or is something wrong with my thermal compound?
