32GB is way too much, you'd be fine with 16GB of RAM. Also, a i7 6700K will benefit you in video editing with its hyperthreading:

I occasionally run a few VMs that require quite a substantial amount of RAM. Unless, you're doing 3D animation, rendering or running multiple VMs, you won't require 32GB.
