Need help with build

Hello, i am looking to upgrade my pc and had a couple questions, would an i3 6100 paired with a gtx 950 get 150> fps,  with low to med settings? The only reason i ask is i plan to got a 144 hz monitor.  This is my build.   EDIT** I play CS GO and League of Legends
