Dont understand the difference between these memory timings. 

Im trying to by quad channel for x99 build that will be used for gaming/web/HTPC. 

Would choosing one over the other make a difference?

 

 

  • DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600)
  • Timing 16-18-18-38
  • Cas Latency 16
  • Voltage 1.35V

 

VS

  • DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600)
  • Timing 16-16-16-36
  • Cas Latency 16
  • Voltage 1.35V

Pretty much only CL matters (the first number), the others won't make a difference. Especially not at such a small difference.
