Best mATX mobo?

I am planning to build a micro-atx system inside the new define nano S but I don't know anything about mobo's.

I will use a single gtx970 and an intel i5-6600k

Budget isn't a matter but I dont want to pay more than 150$ on a motherboard...

Also I see a lot of micro-atx's with very few usb ports, but I need a lot of usb 3.0

Which mobo should I look at?

edit: u cant choose how many ports, but these are the motherboard that fits your bill anyway, find one with the most usb ports i guess
