Too much CPU, not enough GPU and RAM.

 

Get a i5 4460, 8GB RAM and a R9 380.

Uh yeah, but it will be like 4 times as expensive. If you were looking in the price range of the 750 ti, you could look at the GTX 950 for a slightly nicer/newer card.

 Yes because the 980ti has 6gb of VRAM and much higher specs.

He lives in India. Can't buy AMD cards here and the prices for the NVidia cards you CAN get are obscene. Like, $350 for a 960 obscene.
