I am new to this forum but not to port forwarding, just wanted to get that out of the way first. My problem is that to use a team speak server you need to port forward ports 10011, 30033 and 9987 and the first two open but 9987 won't open. I have looked through the team speak forums but nothings seems to help and I have made in and outbound rules in windows firewall. The settings are correct because I did it the exact same way with the other two ports and I have double and triple checked that I typed everything right but I am out of luck and I decided to turn here.

first off, the 3-port thing is false information, you only *need* 9987. (the others are file sharing, and something else iirc)

beyond that, what router are you using? because thats where the portforwarding happens.
