£800 gaming pc ($1000)

I'm looking to build a gaming PC for £800 ($1000) but don't really know what i'm doing. I need to build the full PC with the exception of monitors, mouse, keyboard, WiFi stuff and other accessories. I'm not fussed with specific brands. At least I want to be able to play XCOM2 at highest settings with mods. At most well skies the limit I guess.

Woah that's almost identical to my build except I have a 4460 i5 and a 970 and am just waiting on my Phantek Evolv Atx. Cost about £750 I think ;)
