i believe so, but you will have to tweak the board settings to match the upgraded hardware drivers and preferences.

Newer versions of Windows have been better about adjusting to new hardware at a mainboard level, but you should still expect to have to reinstall Windows after swapping out the mainboard for a different model. And unless you have a retail 'full packaged product' version of Windows, a new mainboard will also mean you will have trouble reactivating your license key.
