painting a case

my case doesn't go with any other part in pc is they any good ways to paint it (white)? what should use? how should i do it?

Don't know if it wouldn't be cheaper to just buy the right color case, depends on cost/quality of the paint. If you still wanna paint it, you would probably have to completely dissasemble it, sand it down and paint it.

So, probably two options. Take it as a opportunity to get custom color that is not available or buy right color case and flip the red on ebay or something.

If you want to do the entire case from the metal chassis to the plastic parts you will want to break down the entire case including the metal chassis by drilling out rivets to properly paint the interior sides giving an even coat of paint and reassemble afterwards. For paint itself regular metal or plastic spray paints will work, for more vibrant or bright whites however you may want to look into automotive spray paints.
