USB enabled DAC/Amp?

Let me preface this by saying that I am no audiophile and don't know a whole ton about sound. I've been using a $50 USB headset (specifically this one), for a while and love it. I could get something more expensive, but I am super picky about the feeling of headphones, and these are pretty much the only ones I've ever used that don't give me a headache from wearing them for more than a few hours with my glasses on underneath. The audio quality on them is acceptable, but I'd like to add a bit more to it. Is using a DAC and/or Amp even possible with USB headphones? If so, what are my options?

USB headsets essentially have all of that built into them, so there's not a whole lot you can do other than tweaking EQ.
