so I building 300eur pc and do I need Gpu couse iam ok with one monitor so if I need 2nd monitor then I need it ?

that all depends on what you want to do, you need to tell us what the computer will be used for before we can tell you if you need a graphics card, also, does the cpu you plan on using have integrated graphics
