Please can someone help

So the other day i decided to pull out my 500 gb HDD and 1tb HDD and put 2x 2gb  hdd's in my pc... 

{ Ps Windows is on my SSD }

So when i removed my storage drive (500gb) it was hit with an error like Unable to find Boot: GRUB Recovery...  (sorry cant remember the name and don't want to replicate  ), and got worried and put it back in and after a but of mucking about in my bios got it working again.

so to cut a long story short i want to take it out and don't know if i can here is a picture of my Disk management

why do you have system on one drive and boot on your SSD...

how did you install windows?

did you unplug all drives except the SSD when installing?

im not sure i just selected my SSD when installing windows and No i left them all in

fyi, theres a quote button for a reason...

 

and yeah your screwed up your windows install

now you cant boot without both your ssd and your hdd

 

the only way to fix this is to clean install windows, and this time only have the ssd plugged in while installing

im going to assume that my MBR is on Disk 0 ??

im not sure what is on what but clearly there is important stuff on both...

clean install windows to fix it
