Update Plex build, is it good ?

I want to build a small pc that will be always on. I'll be using it as a small FTP hoster via FileZilla to host a website. I'll also be using it as a Plex media server, I would like to have 3-4 streams from it. Is this a good price/quality build ? I want low cost and energy. I already have a (old) PSU and I want to know if it will be compatible with my build.
All the parts will be bought via Amazon es/uk/de/fr.
Build : http://pcpartpicker.com/p/tck63C <- With a maybe to weak processor to have 3-4 streams.
Pictures of the PSU : http://imgur.com/a/6MUom

After some recommendations from other PC builders, I upgraded the CPU.
New build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/D2Tn3C

Thank you very much for watching/replying and sorry for the noob questions !

The i3 is better than the AMD one purely for the hyperthreading.

Hope this helps :P

Yea it does, maybe later down the line get a cheap dedicated GPU just in case you need cuda acceleration, or even to run youtube videos at like 1440p 60 FPS which is becoming alot more common nowawdays :P
