That pentium will throttle the GPU to god knows levels and using a case included power supply is asking for a fire.

More like $450 monstrosity, it aint all about da GPU mayn. For a budget build, you should probably spend a little less on the GPU, such as a 380 instead of a 390. Then you can spend more on a case, PSU and CPU
