asus p5k-e trouble overclocking

so im tryna overclock a e5300 on this board and im having issues. when I go to change the fsb frequency it wont let me change it even tho its blue (which means its changable). it says valid imput range 200-800 but it wont let me change it so its stuck at 200. it also wont let me change the ratio... please help!!!

My rig: r7 1700 @ 3.9/1.35v, 16gb ddr4 3200, assorted rando SSDs, hx 1050, vega 64 1650/1025

it says enter+update but im running the correct bios...
