Is it looking for that partition first within your bios?  Make sure it's looking for the Windows 10 partition.  It could still be trying to boot from the deleted partition even if you deleted it.

Go into your bios and check.  Check your mobo manual.  It will tell you where you access your boot options.

I checked my bios it doesn't say anything about partitions. So Windows is trying to boot from a deleted partition how would I fix it?
