I assumed all Thermaltake PSU's don't look the same, he can't check around the other side he's not at his house.

I would assume with that many PCI connectors its larger than 400w? We need it to power a 960

a 960 isn't that power hungry, that psu, based on its connecters, will work just fine.

Maxwell (which the 960 is based on) is rather low power, a 575w (or really anything above like 450w) should handle a 960 and whatever else is in that system (looking at it's age and condition to gage power consumption). I use a Titan X and overclocked i7-4790k on a 760w.
