Hi guys!

I am currently planning a charity event with my gaming community and I would need to help to figure out what I would need to do to setup a specific streaming environment.

Besically, the event is a 24 hour gaming livestream that is international, so different people in the community will have their own stream. I teamed up with a friend to do it in his basement and have only one stream for both of us. So we basically have two gaming computers and we want to mix the audio and video into one stream and be able to manage the stream with OBS (possibly on a laptop) to switch between screens and make transitions.

How can I achieve something like that? What equipment do I need?

Thanks a lot!

You will need capture card in PC that will do rendering and streaming. PCs don't have input for video by default. Since you are using multiple inputs, you will need something more than basic Avermedia Live Gamer etc.

For audio, if you are using VOIP like Skype, use only single PCs output from that, maybe with dummy account which is just listening. Game audio could change from scene to another.
