Is it okay that i have turned down my fans so when idle, the fans dont kick in before the pc is under load.

That means that i have idle temps at 40*c sometimes its 50*c but drops down after some time. 

 

Under load my max temps are 70*c. and when playing games its only around 55*c

I have a All in one liquid cooler single-rad with 2 noctua fans at push-pull. My cpu :  i5-4690k

i5-13600kf, 16gb Corsair 3600mhz, Asrock z690 ac itx,  RTX 3080 , 1TB+1TB PREDATOR + Western digital NVME, InWin A1, Thermalright peerless assasin 120SE
