PC lagging hard!

Hello guys I have a pc and it randomly starts lagging hard!! if I keep making it do things while its lagging it will just turn off then when I try and turn it back on it will sometimes turn off while booting up the specs are I7-5930K (4.9ghz), 16GB ddr4, evga gtx 980 ti sc, sandisc ssd 128GB, Toshiba HDD 2TB, 800W power supply. before it started lagging it would boot up in 8 seconds now It takes forever right now as I am typing this it is working fine but sometimes it will just start lagging out of nowhere thx for helping!
