Best air cooler for overclocking

Hello,

I am using an intel 4790K processor in normal mode, coz I don't have a custom cooler.

I want to overclock my cpu and I want to know which one is the best air cooler in the price range 100 - 150 USD.

probably the Noctua NH-D14.

Quiet, keeps your CPU cool, 3 fans, and pretty cheap.
