What's the best gaming monitor

So i am looking to build my first pc and i was just wondering what monitor is best for gaming between the two i found

The reason i was struggling was because the BenQ has 144hz but its not ultrawide but the LG is ultrawide and goes to 60hz and i have not been able to find out if it can go to 144hz like the BenQ. Thanks in advance

Well if you're into FPS games like CSGO, go for higher refresh rates. If you want some story/gameplay immersion and more screen space, go for the ultrawide.
