Peltier cooling a radiator

Has anyone tried this? I think it is a good way to deal with peltier cooling and condensation.

It's something I have also pondered, but you would need so many TECs and SOOO much current for all of them and SOOOOO much cooling for the hot sides. It's much easier just to move to alaska, stick your radiators outside, and use antifreeze to combat the super sub 0 temps.
