Drive Problem

i got a virus, and i run AV and the AV wants to restart, so i restart, and then theres the "disk read error", and i follow some Tutorial. now i got "Invalid Partition Table", can you guys tell me how to fix this w/o wiping all the HDD data ?

Info:

-All partition gone (only one)

-Not a single byte left avaliable

-I have Windows disk and a Disk reader and 4GB Flash Disk

-Drive is locked
