weird issues after win10 update

I can't disable programs from booting automaticly anymore. I have tried many times to disable the programs shown in the screenshot below, but without any luck. Everytime I boot up again the programs start up aswel and the startup tab in taskmanager is reset again. I'm running windows 10 64-bit, and this randomly happened to me after an update. Next to that everytime I boot up google chrome it opens this site called viceice, which is one of those typical google rip offs. I have tried to remove it using anti malware software but without any luck. After I log in everything turns back to normal untill I reboot again.

 

Can anyone help me? I have tried almost everything already and I really need some help!!

Reinstall Google Chrome. It tends to go wonky like this when an external toolbar is added (and this can happen without your knowledge)

 

Please vote for Donald Trump. I am out of sitcoms to watch.

When lyfe gives you HDDs, make SSDs
