What OS?

Can you access the boot menu?

Can you access the BIOS?

Can you access Advanced Boot Options or Safe mode?

For now, I'll assume Windows 7 and yes all the way.

-Reboot

-Mash F8 as soon as it powers on

-If you get to Advanced Boot Options, disable automatic restart.

---Your boot loop should end and instead, terminate in possibly a BSOD. Capture the error code.

---Try restarting and mash F8 again. Select Last Know Good configuration and see if you can log on. If not,

---Try restarting and mash F8 again. Try to get into safe mode. If you can, back your data up and reformat.

If none of that worked, try to get into your BIOS. It's probably DELETE or F2.

-Look for the storage portion and find out if it detects your hard drive. If it doesn't, it's a hardware problem.

-Reset BIOS to default and reboot.

If none of these worked, you'll probably have to reformat.

There's a chance the data may still be intact, you'll need to plug the hard drive into an external USB solution or slave it as a data drive on a desktop with a free SATA port.

Remove battery and try with only wall ac. With laptop you have to be pretty quick to get into boot menu. And remove hdd and try without that also. Its easy, there's screws at bottom indicating which thing come off (ram,kb,hdd), or just few at side of hdd cage.
