Screen Flickers

Hi, 

So I have this problem where my monitor screen ( ASUS VW193D ) sometimes flickers, it's always very slight or doesn't happen at all, but sometimes it gets stronger and stronger. It seems to happen in while on the desktop, but that just could be do to the fact that I am more concentrated in the game while I am playing.

 

My monitor at 75hz, but when set to 60hz it is less powerful, but still happens. I am using VGA since that is the only connection to my monitor.

If anyone knows how to fix it, I would be very happy. :)
