Wassup everybody.. so this is my build log for Project MicroWorks... 

 

Here are the Specs: 

CPU: Intel 6700K LGA1151 4.0GHz

Mobo: Asus Maximus VIII/8 Gene 

RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum 16GB [4x4GB] @2800Mhz 

SSD: Samsung NMVe 256GB 950 Pro m.2 

PSU: Corsair RM1000i PSU w/ stock cables

GPU: EVGA 980ti K|ngP|n 6GB of VRAM

CPU Cooler: H100i v2 

Case: Corsair Air 240

SoundCard: Asus Strix Raid DLX w/ Asus Strix 7.1 Headset

Capture Card: Elgato HD60 Pro

Do you have XMP enabled?

Did you connect the cable from the motherboard to the monitor or the 980 ti to the monitor?

Looks like an awesome build :) hope the post errors solve soon, would love to see this finished

Try using 2 of the 4 ram sticks.

thanks.. just waiting on some stuff and all my EKWB stuff and then i need to figure out how to make cables lol.. so i  can get rid of the old one and replace it with short ones so i can have space in the back for drain port and combo unit..

I looked at the specs of the 6700K, it only supports DDR4 speeds of 1866/2133. You've 2800. :/

@Roam027,

 

Could you put the pics in one or more spoilers (the eye button on the edit tool bar) please.

 

Have you tried removing any expansion cards, including any gpu, then booting using the igpu for display?
