Wassup everybody.. so this is my build log for Project MicroWorks... 

 

Here are the Specs: 

CPU: Intel 6700K LGA1151 4.0GHz

Mobo: Asus Maximus VIII/8 Gene 

RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum 16GB [4x4GB] @2800Mhz 

SSD: Samsung NMVe 256GB 950 Pro m.2 

PSU: Corsair RM1000i PSU w/ stock cables

GPU: EVGA 980ti K|ngP|n 6GB of VRAM

CPU Cooler: H100i v2 

Case: Corsair Air 240

SoundCard: Asus Strix Raid DLX w/ Asus Strix 7.1 Headset

Capture Card: Elgato HD60 Pro

Photo Bomb Incoming... still don't have my 980 ti, SC, and Elgato.. other then that looks good, Umm only one Problem its Spitting out a B2 Q Code

i need help... my PC is not posting right now... all its doing is B2 error code..

Do you have XMP enabled?

its not even posting i tried everything thats possible and i have no video coming out...

Did you connect the cable from the motherboard to the monitor or the 980 ti to the monitor?

i don't have the 980ti yet.. i am using the iGPU

Try using 2 of the 4 ram sticks.

thanks.. just waiting on some stuff and all my EKWB stuff and then i need to figure out how to make cables lol.. so i  can get rid of the old one and replace it with short ones so i can have space in the back for drain port and combo unit..

i tried the RAM.. in every config possible... nothing... same code on every stick... umm i tried unplugging all cables and only leaving CPU power and 24 pin with CPU fan Plugged in for H100i and even took out my 950 Pro... and booted it from the Start button on mobo and still a black screen also i have no prephrials installed or connected either and still nothing

I looked at the specs of the 6700K, it only supports DDR4 speeds of 1866/2133. You've 2800.

Manual shows that it supports my 2800 DDR4

My CPU is unlocked and my Board supports over 3300mhz so my memory is not an issue

Could you put the pics in one or more spoilers (the eye button on the edit tool bar) please.

 

Have you tried removing any expansion cards, including any gpu, then booting using the igpu for display?
