I am planning to build a gaming pc with 560$

* is downgrade from h170 to h110 to get GTX 960 worth it ?

* is 8gb ram stick worse than 2x4gb in performance

* do I need famous PSU brand or something like Inter-Tech Argus will just work fine

and if you suggest any other parts .. please share your knowledge

That's a pretty good build but if you have an extra $20 you should consider going for a different version of the 380, power color has a spotty record with cards overheating and being loud.
