pc build help.

When I try start my new pc with the graphics card in the first slot the screen won't turn on, if I try it in the second slot it turns on but can't find the card.

What do I do??

2x4GB G.SKILL Ripjaws 1600MHz DDR3 Ram (Desktop Memory)

120GB SanDisk SSD Plus 2.5" Drive 520MB Read/180MB Write

Gigabyte GA-B150M-D3H DDR3 Motherboard (Motherboard)

Asus AMD Radeon R7 360 2GB GDDR5 Graphics Card

Intel Pentium G4400 3.3GHz Processor

Antec VP500P 500w Power Supply
