Looking for a simple presentation/video player website?

So I have a couple of computers I am raffling off, and I wanted to have them running with the specs/retail price/other info on screen, but I don't want to have to install any software. are there any websites that'll do as such?

I like this idea, but I also do not. Reasons:

I can't post machine specs, Retail price, ticket price.

Those are three of the five things I'd like, the two it has is:

Info on Win10, and looks pretty (debatable, I know, but better than what a notepad would look like).

Have hte specs as the background image? Or overlayed in the video?

You can just copy program files onto a flash drive and run them on the new computers without having to install it
